Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, you may return your items for a refund.

We accept returns of items purchased from Kids T-Shirts Rock within 14 days of purchase.  We will happily refund all returns provided you have the original tags and the item has not been worn.  We can also do size exchanges, provided the item is in stock. 

Please allow 5 business days to process the return once we receive the returned item.

PLEASE NOTE:   Shipping charges will not be refunded.  It is the buyer's responsibility to pay shipping charges on all returned items.

** Any orders that are handmade or custom ordered are not refundable  or exchangeable.  All orders that are specially made or monogrammed are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
